Tell us what to build next
This product gets better mainly because people tell us where it falls short. If something annoyed you, that is the most useful thing you can send us.
Leave a rating
A rating and a sentence or two is enough. If you have something longer or more specific, the box takes up to 500 characters and we would rather have the detail.
Rating the product needs a free account — that is what stops one person posting dozens of ratings and keeps the numbers on this site honest. If you would rather not sign in, the contact form takes bug reports and feature requests from anyone.
Sign in to leave a rating
Ratings are tied to an account so one person cannot post dozens of them — it is the only thing keeping the ratings on this site meaningful. Signing in takes a moment and an account is free.
Don’t want an account? Bug reports, feature requests and criticism are just as welcome through our contact form, which needs no sign-in and reaches the same people.
What makes feedback useful
We are not fishing for compliments — the reports that change the product are the specific ones. A few things that help:
- Name the thing you were doing. “The skills section lost its order after I dragged an item on my phone” gets fixed. “The editor is buggy” usually cannot be.
- Tell us the role you are applying for. Almost every template gap we have closed came from someone naming their profession and what its resume has to emphasise.
- Say what you expected to happen. The gap between that and what happened is where the actual bug lives.
- Mention your device if it is visual. Layout problems are usually specific to a screen size or a browser.
Other ways to reach us
Feedback is for “this could be better”. For anything blocking you right now, or anything about your personal data, use the dedicated routes — they get to the right person faster.
- Something is broken and I’m stuck — contact support.
- Delete my data or send me a copy — ask through the contact form, covered in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
- No account, but I have something to say — the contact form needs no sign-in and reaches the same people.
What happens to it
Feedback goes into the same list we use to decide what to work on. Volume matters: the more people who report the same friction, the sooner it moves. We cannot promise a personal reply to every rating, but anything that reads like a bug gets investigated, and if we need more detail we will email you.
If you rated us four or five stars, your comment may appear publicly on the site after review — attributed to your first name and last initial only, never your email address. You can change or withdraw it at any time.
